Rolling Stone sizes up Apple Music Store's performance

An article in Rolling Stone brings up some interesting points about the Apple's new music service.

Among them: at the current rate of sales, more money is made at retail selling Vinyl records than Apple will give to the music companies (although the stats are interesting, because I can't tell if the vinyl info is for new sales and is the take to the record companies or whether it is the gross sales of vinyl in the aftermarket, which has different implications to the industry).

Further, according to the article Apple won't exceed the collective revenues of all of the other services combined (original information coming from GartnerG2).
